Wild House Chenin Blanc

South Africa - Western Cape. A delicious example of Coastal Chenin from mature, low yielding, unirrigated bush vines grown on granite and shale. Natural fermentation and extended time on lees give a ripe, fleshy style with honeyed fruit backed by taut acidity and flinty notes. Ripe peach and tropical fruit on the nose with fresh citrus notes. Honeyed and textured on the palate with crisp acidity and hints of honey dew melon and lychee leading to a bright, zesty finish with fresh lemony acidity.
