The traditional 'ramato' style of Pinot Grigio rosé, produced exclusively from Pinot Grigio. Careful handling in the vineyard and winery, and a short soak in the press to extract the natural dusky bronze colour of ripe Pinot Grigio grapes, gives a pale, coral pink wine. An elegant and dry rosé.
