Sambrooks Wandle Ale 3.8%

Duncan Sambrook founded Sambrook’s Brewery in 2008 when there were just five breweries operating in London,  converting an old photography studio in Battersea into the brewhouse, and in November 2008 the very first cask of Wandle rolled out the doors. Things have changed a lot in the London beer scene since those early days, but Duncan and his team still produce a host of award-winning beers all from the very same site.
 
Named after our local river, Wandle was the first beer that was brewed by Sambrook’s back in 2008. Now multi-award winning, it is a delicious, balanced best bitter. Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, Fuggles, Goldings and Boadicea hops this beer is ideal for any occasion.
